Established in 1971.

Master Chung Kwok Chow immigrated from Hong Kong and set up his first school in New Your City. SIfu Julio Ferrer who moved from NY to Seattle in 1988, is one of Master Chow oldest senior students and has represented Master Chow Internationally and around the US.

Business Owner

SIfu Julio started his Wing Chun training with Master Chow Kwok Chung in November of 1972. He has been an assistant instructor since 1979. In 1987 he became a certified instructor under Master Chow. In 1988, he moved to Seattle to represent Master Chow in the Pacific Northwest. He is a pioneer in the Seattle area for providing both traditional and updated approaches to the study and practice of authentic Wing Chun Kung Fu. Sifu Julio has also supplemented his martial arts training with exposure to Pentjak Silat, Capoeria, Modern Arnis, Wudang Internal Martial Arts and QiGong. Sifu Julio is listed and recognized in the Ip Man Ving Tsun Genealogy as a 4^th Generation instructor from Grand Master Ip Man,
