It is an ancient discipline that promotes healing, growth and transformation. The teachers at Yogalife strive to share the wealth and beauty of the yoga tradition with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Come enhance your yogalife through classes and workshops with our experienced teachers. Located in the Seattle neighborhoods of Greenlake and Queen Anne, Yogalife is convenient and welcoming. We offer a variety of classes and instructors to meet the needs of our diverse community. Our boutique also provides sustainably-produced yoga mats, clothing, props and books for purchase.

History

Established in 2000.

Michael Suzerris started Yogalife with the intention of creating a place for healing and transformation through yoga. He recognized the amazing potential of yoga as a path for healing after experiencing a life-altering spinal injury in 1978. He spent many years recovering and rehabilitating on his own. In those years Michael cultivated a therapeutic physical and mental practice through an intuitive process that was, in its essence, yoga.
