Scheduled my annual physical the day of; quick, convenient, and thorough. Chelsea and Tasha were very friendly and made my appointment a great experience.

Super easy to schedule, with knowledgeable and friendly providers. The only thing about Zoom is the cost is a bit outrageous — but if you need an urgent appointment, it can be worth it. I scheduled an appointment online for 15 mins later. The check in process was easy, they took me back to do labs immediately so that I wouldn’t have to wait on the results. The NP was friendly and thorough. I was able to get an antibiotic prescription and OTC medication there — no trip to the pharmacy. They sent my labs out for culture and 2 days later, called to let me know I may need a different antibiotic. I had left town, and they called this into a pharmacy in another state. The space is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing for a doctor’s office. You can get lab results and visit instructions online, which is nice from an urgent care provider.

Zoom are was convenient in that I had to get a TB test and they could get me in right away. And both doctors I saw were friendly and knowledgeable. I had to come back two days later to have the test «read» and this is where it all went wrong. I had requested to make an appt to do this and was told to just swing in and that it would be quick. However, I come in and they tell me it would be 30′. I mentioned that they told me not to make an appt because it would be quick and she said «we don’t take appts for these because it doesn’t cost anything» ie: they lose money. Doesn’t matter that I paid $ 145 plus additional costs the other day. This all could have been avoided if they 1. I had an appt so no ones time was wasted and 2. The front desk staff didn’t make it clear that I wasn’t important because I wasn’t «paying» today.

I needed antibiotics quick before boarding a flight. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Labs done on site and medicine dispensed when you check out. Amazing service! Kind professional care! Highly recommend!

I was in Seattle on a long weekend after just returning from a vacation in Europe. I must have brought more home from Spain than mere memories, as just hours before my planned flight home from Seattle I was confronted with severe «travelers diarrhea» (I don’t recommend it). So I sent my family to the airport without me while I stayed back and searched for urgent care.
I was very pleased to find Zoom+. Thankfully, it was with walking distance from where I was (the thought of spending any amount of time in Seattle traffic, in a cab, in my condition, was horrifying). And Zoom+ was able to see me immediately (yay!).
My phone appointment process was smooth and uncomplicated. Upon arrival, the clinic expected me and was extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Best, I had zero wait time.
The medical attendant was friendly and professional. She walked me through the thorough diagnosis process and was able to fill my necessary Rx, right on the spot.
My relief was speedy; even quicker than I expected. I was able to brave the freeway and airport just that same evening.
I’m very thankful for the care I received at the Zoom+. While I hope I never have another occasion to use them, I certainly would if need be.

This place was amazing. It was quick they made me feel comfortable. Not only was it straight forward and wonderful customer service. I recommend it to anyone near the area !

Excellent care! I am really amazed! They are quick, friendly, professional, and the labs are done on site.
I just moved here from Southern California. I really did not have much faith in doctors wanting to help based on my experiences from CA.
I went to Zoom Care yesterday and my lab results came in today. Merlee took the time to explain to me what was going on, and the steps we would need to take. I feel comfortable and confident that I have found the right health care facility for me.

That was nice of them to provide feedback to my last review. I think that I was being too critical, and changing my score. I would still recommend just taking a glance at your patients insurance before you admit them, to let them know about the Cigna change in coverage. I will complain to Cigna about this. Thanks!

Very knowledgeable staff who Actually sticks to their appointments and doesn’t make you wait 15 – 30 extra minutes. Timely, current, technology driven… I’ve pretty much made this neighborhood doctor my primary care

Zoom Care Rocks! Because of chronic health issues, I have visited a lot of ER’s & Urgent Care’s through the years. None have come close to how fantastic Zoom Care is.
*i have never waited more than 3 min for a walk in appointment
*place is spotlessly clean with a cool inviting vibe to it
*everyone is so helpful
*they can give you most of the meds you need right then & there (no additional trip to a pharmacy when you feel awful)
*did bloodwork & urinalysis right on site
I have seen PA Chelsea several times now, she was down to earth, willing to help in any she could (going above & beyond for me several times now), has always factored in my opinions & thoughts & always does follow up calls to check on me a day or two later.
I have even had to go back in for follow up care & wasn’t charged bc it was a 5 min visit. Unheard of!
I highly recommend this place!

I was seen here for an annual physical and was satisfied with the care I received. Every doctor I have seen at ZoomCare was nice and helpful.

Are these jokers for real? As per their suggestion, for quality care, go straight to Urgent Care, do not bother stopping here. The physicians assistant seemed queasy and unsure what to do about minor cuts and abrasions. They don’t have an X-​ray or apparently any competency at cleaning and patching up wounds. Waste of time & money.

Been here a couple times for various ailments. Most visits went well. Here’s my take on it.
Pros: Fast and convenient. Quick, easy to schedule appointments, office has many meds on-​hand so you can avoid waiting at the pharmacy.
Cons: Inconsistency — you likely won’t see the same physician’s assistant twice. Some are good, others not so much. The first couple times I went there, the PA-​C was kind and helpful. On my most recent visit, the PA-​C Chelsea Allin did not seem to take my health claims very seriously and has still yet to come up with an explanation for what is going on.
