I went in for a TB test, which is required for my work. I told the very friendly gentleman that I would rather not use my insurance and pay up front for a few reasons, one being that my insurance would not accept the charge. After a few minutes of arguing, he convinced me to pull out my insurance card and guaranteed me that my insurance would pay for the visit. You guessed it. A few months later I receive a bill from ZOOM-​folks saying that I owe $ 145 for the office visit, and $ 20 for the actual test. PISSED OFF! I gave two stars because they were nice… but, come on, if you try to convince your patient that something is true, then it better be true. Not coming back and not recommending this place to anyone.

I went in at 11 pm on a Friday night for discomfort, which turned out to be a kidney infection. They were able to get me in quickly and easily and provided antibiotics right away.
As I wasn’t feeling well I didn’t notice until the end of my visit that a very sentimental ring I was wearing had fallen off somewhere. We looked around the room and restroom, but didn’t find it anywhere.
The next day I called back asking if maybe I could come look in the trash to see if it had slipped off when I washed my hands. I was told that the trash had been taken out the previous night and nothing had been turned in. My hope for it was dwindling when to my surprise I got a call 20 minutes later saying that they had gone out back to dig through the trash and had found my ring! I was not only impressed with their professionalism, but also their genuine care and concern!
Well done, Zoom!

ZoomCare: people with courteous and professional demeanors, providing terrible healthcare. If you care more about people being polite than actually doing their jobs properly, this is the place for you! ZoomCare improperly following through on a urine culture led to me getting a kidney infection. A 2 day test that takes 5? Incompetent miscommunication fraught with happy routine protocol outreach with the wrong test information? This is the standardized healthcare of zoom care – no Doctors, but P.A.‘s doing ‘in and out’ exams. If you don’t fit the mold – watch out!

Quick, professional service… Friendly, knowledgeable staff… For someone like me who sees a doctor maybe every couple years, this was great!

Great experience here. Cut myself at work and not wanting to spend all night at the emergency room I came to ZOOM without an appointment. They got me right in and the doctor could not have been better. Very attentive and caring. They had me fill out one form (for worker’s comp) and that was it. I highly recommend and will be visiting again if the need arises.

I had a very positive experience at Zoom Care recently. They are conveniently open in the evenings so it is easy to make an appointment after work and be seen the same day. Erik J. took his time to do a thorough examination and sent me with medication I needed for recovery. Zoom Care takes medical insurance. The location is central in Capitol Hill and easy to find. If my primary care doc is not available, I will go here again.

I went to see them on a Sunday afternoon after making an appointment online and was seen almost immediately! Then they followed up on the appointment and I was easily able to communicate with the doctor online via email — also, all my records and notes are stored online so I can view exactly what the doctor wrote about me. It’s an AWESOME and wonderfully professional, yet caring establishment. Best doctor’s practice I’ve been to in decades!

Walked into room with lady who did not tell me she was a doctor or what she was. She asked my symptoms and typed it in her laptop and was like I think i can find this somewhere. She look at my symptoms for 5 min and said I think I know what is it. She refused to give a specific diagnosis and prescribed me something I can purchase over the counter. I asked what about my other condition and she said she can only look at one condition at a time. I said I think they are related and she said maybe next time. The whole appointment lasted maybe 12 min. I was charged $ 145 for 12 min of time from someone who was definitely not a doctor. My insurance is a PPO and it only covered $ 5. Worst experience I have in any clinic or doctors office in my life as well as the most expensive.

I called on Friday because I had horrible sinuses infection all week, not only did they get me a same day appointment, but the have me in and out in less than 30 minutes. The doctor was great check me out and asked a few questions, and was able to prescribe an antibiotic nasal spray which helped my infection right away. And he said if I need to come back fro strong antibiotics in a few days I could come get a prescription no problem. I was so impressed with the whole process. I highly recommended, and I plan to use them next if I ever need a quick check up again.

Excellent, compassionate service and competent, thorough exam. Zoom+Care is a terrific alternative to a hospital emergency room, or to waiting for a doctors office appointment.

I had a great experience here. Even without the advanced equipment necessary for the diagnosis, the PA was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. Since they didn’t have an ultrasound there on-​site, he wasn’t able to give me an official diagnosis, therefore they didn’t even charge me; they sent me to the ER, where it was confirmed — I needed my gall bladder removed. I would absolutely go back again next time I have a panic pain. So much more comfortable and reasonable than going to the ER as a first resort.

Made an appt for 23.45 … I went in, saw a young guy who was walking out with stitches, he was happy with service. There was an array of Teas available if you are in need. Talked to receptionist, no paperwork, just med card and ID. I got right in, had lab results in 5 min and was out the door within 15 min.
I am super pleased with the service, Dr Rebecca Church was beyond kind… she listened to all issues, and discussed some of my probable causes, proceeded to made her own concoction to remedy my symptoms for the pharmacy to make.
Thank You so much for your prompt, kind service, the way we hope to be treated when not feeling 100%… As it should be… Affordable, Immediate, and great Medical Office Etiquette.

Would not recommend. Scheduled an 8am appointment only to show up and find there was no front desk person to check me in. The doctor told me they can’t do anything without a front desk person, and they had no eta when one would be there. I explained I didn’t have time to wait around for an hour for someone to show up. The doctor walked away while i was talking to him saying he «wouldn’t be lectured.» I got news for you, you charge us for no show appointments, so please take some responsibility for your own business when you don’t show up for my appointment. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be coming here again.
Update: Zoom care called me back and offered a service credit for my inconvenience. The company itself seems to have very good customer service so I would give them 5 stars. However, I will not be returning to this particular location.

I am so impressed with Zoomcare on Cap Hill. They are very efficient, super friendly, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I had scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived at Zoomcare they got me in right away; so different from most of my experiences with urgent cares.
Lisa, the ARNP, I had was wonderful. She explained everything to me and really focused on my healthcare.
I really recommend Zoomcare. Not only are they friendly, but they are priced very reasonable. For my appointment and my antibiotic it came to $ 27 (after insurance).

I received terrific, immediate, and affordable care here. The reception area staff member put me at ease with her sunny manner and straightforward, to-​the-​point explanation of how ZoomCare works. I set an appointment for the next day; there were appointments available on the spot, had I wanted that, as late as 11 at night — how awesome is that? They do not close until midnight!
Check-​in as a first-​time patient was easy and fast — there was none of the stack of paperwork you see everywhere else, just two quick forms that took me less than three minutes to fill out.
Dr. Mallory Bellissimo appeared right on time. Her attentiveness, warm manner, and sincerity helped me deal with my health situation much better than I would have. I felt her care to be thorough and she clearly felt motivated to genuinely assist me as a person as well as a patient. A week later the clinic called to check on me, too — excellent follow up.
The facility is immaculate, standard of care appears to be the highest, and the staff are friendly and sensitive. I recommend this business whole-​heartedly.

I was hesitant to go into a walk-​in clinic, but after my experience with the ZoomCare on Broadway, all hesitation is gone. Heck, this makes me want to go back for regular stuff if my existing primary care Dr wasn’t so fantastic. Knowing this resource is here and very close is comforting.
Everyone there treated all of the patients with a very high level of respect and professionalism. Off the charts good.
I was thankfully seen in about 10 minutes, but if there is a wait, they’ll tell you when to come back so you can go next door and grab a coffee or just hang out in the clean, but small, waiting area.
I even got a call back two days later to check in on an injury I went in to have them look at. What? Who does that? Michael at ZoomCare does that’s who. Their caring, professionalism, thoroughness, and follow through was the best medicine I could have hoped for.

ZoomCare provides outstanding, quality medical care with same day appointments.
The medical providers (often only PA’s sadly) take the time to listen, care and help with the issue you came in for.
What bothers me about ZoomCare though is they have so many referrals. It is not uncommon if you need blood work done to have to be sent offsite as they have no one to draw blood (although they do at times) and services like EKG’s are not offered.
When you are stressed for time, not feeling good or just do not want to deal with the stresses of the medical industry– the last thing you want is a referral for a very basic procedure to be done that almost every other PCP office does.
Other great area options that do provide these are Immediate Clinic and Overlake Urgent Care Centers (on the Eastside)

Wow! I am blown away with how courteous, efficient, and friendly the staff are here. I woke up unable to speak and was miraculously in the clinic within 30 minutes.
On top if it all, the place is very clean. I Was also able to bill my insurance and the friendly receptionist quickly made an account for me.
I hope I don’t need to return, but if so— would go here over my primary care doc in a heartbeat.

This is a little walk-​in or call for same-​day appointment ‘urgent care’ clinic.
— Very easy to schedule an appointment and get in quickly. Yay!
— Cute, small front office, very clean, and sells (at normal/​reasonable prices) a small selection of basic health needs (OTC stuff). I was pleasantly surprised to see they had Throat Coat tea.
— Very quick check-​in process, and I only waited a few moments.
— PA that I saw (Heather Gregory) was nice and quite competent. I came in regarding a pulled muscle in my back and was surprised when she did full nerve-​type tests.
— Very clear pricing and quick check out process.
I’m happy this is just down the street from me for basic medical needs.
In response to other reviews — I did need to give my cc over the phone to hold my appointment, which I found understandable considering the location and how often I’m sure people no-​show.

I found there to be little to no «zoom» in «zoom care» and found my experience to be quite frustrating this afternoon. All I wanted to do was get a quick TDAP shot in lieu of my two day old nephew (Hank the Tank) being born.
This turned out to be a frustrating and time consuming process! I called at about 345pm and was told I could get into be seen at 430 pm. BUT I would have to supply all my insurance info AND credit card info before the appt was booked…
Then the guy one phone told me I could just walk in because there was availability. When I got there, there was all of a sudden an additional 75 minutes I had to wait.
Good news is when I finally got the shot it was quick and painless although I was seen by a PAC and not even a nurse. That’s ultimately fine too, It was just frustrated to have to wait, have my expectations mismanaged and lack of clarity into how Much the TDAP would cost out of pocket.
I’m gonna give em an extra star after having a day to reflect on the whole experience.
