History

Established in 2015.

Heart & Hearth Inc is a Florida corporation owned by Mike and Donna Lacey of Sebastian, Florida.

Mike had a 28-​year career in law enforcement, retiring as a captain before relocating to Florida. He has extensive experience in risk mitigation, emergency management and disaster preparedness.

Donna has 28 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including 8 years running her own business as a «Handyma’am», performing myriad odd jobs. She was a licensed home improvement contractor in the state of Connecticut. She often worked for realtors, getting houses ready to sell.

We have watched houses for neighbors, friends and family, and had them do it for us, as well. We decided that, with our unique combination of experience, we could provide this service as a business.

We take our work seriously, and will give your home the attention it deserves.

Heart & Hearth Inc is licensed (Sebastian tax receipt) insured and bonded.
