We love brew pubs and were looking for someplace new not too far from Vero Beach, and decided to head a little north to Sebastian to check out Pareidolla… despite what the name implies, this place is no mirage. My wife and I loved this brewery from the moment we walked in the door and were welcomed by the distinct smell of brewing under way. The beers tasted as good as they smelled and they had a great selection of their own brews and guest taps… I was blown away by the Black Coral Rum Porter and my wife loved the Hop Happens and also enjoyed a guest tap from Abita. This place knows beer and a bonus is the great menu. We had a NE clam chowder which was very good and a tasty turkey and swiss Panini. Anyone who knows me knows I love pretzels and beer, and there is a never ending supply of complimentary pretzels. Really friendly owner and staff. The pub has a great view of the river and seating and umbrellas outside so you can bring your dog. Really happy we gave this place a shot and we will be here many times in the future.

I have only been here once but I can say that experience was fantastic! Food was great, selection of beers on tap were awesome and the service was perfect! It is definitely a place I can see myself going to regularly when I want a cold drink.

We were staying close by with several couples and walked over for a happy hour. Friendly staff, including the owner. A nice selection of their own brews as well as guest taps that gave everyone in our large group something they could be happy with. Board games to have fun with and we settled for Jenga. Great time and we’ll definitely stop in again when we’re down that way.

I’ve been back several times! So glad I gave it another try! Always a nice variety on tap, in house brews and guest taps. Great food(some very nice surprises!) homemade hummus, cheese plates… and friendly, fast service also!

Great small brew pub with 16 beers on tap. Typically between 4&7 beers are brewed on site, so there is something for everyone. The other beers are from other craft brewers, thankfully no Budweiser or Coors here. I can’t comment on any specific beer as they are ever changing, just know they are all good and you can do a flight, 4– 4 ounce glasses to sample different types. Fun and knowledgeable staff, with pretzels just for the asking. Limited food menu, but it is all very good. From jumbo soft pretzels, foot long hot dogs to paninis it is all delicious. My favorite is smoked fish dip with jalapeños. The owner is a super nice guy, who is into his beer making. A great getaway from your usual bars, closed Mondays.

It’s a nice local feeling place. The beer very gentle but nice. Coming from Virginia I was excited to find a smaller brewery. I hope they do well and are able to grow. I personally like bolder more dominant flavors, but the selection here isn’t too bad.

people are friendly, just get a good feel here. prices are decent & they now have bar food which I haven’t tried but it looks good. you can go to many places and overpay & get a lot less. just a nice spot to get some local brew.

If you’re a craft beer lover this is the place for you. 16+ beers on tap, no crap budweiser. Have a beer flight and a hot pretzel snack, or a hotdog or hot sandwich. Worth the drive to Sebastian FL.

You will not find a place like this in the immediate area. This is truly a great addition to the Sebastian area. I grew up in Sebastian and since then have traveled across the country making every effort to try local breweries. I thought that the in house brews here were top notch and I really enjoyed them. I didn’t get the«brewpub» feel walking in here until we were assigned a waiter. I really would have liked more focus on the in house brews but they were mixed in with the other brews they carry, which were a lot. I hope that makes sense! Our waiter was pretty darn good and was very friendly. They also had a live band(two person band) which sounded amazing. I’ll close out with saying that to get to five stars, in my opinion, you just need to highlight your brews more and less of the others but I understand it is Sebastian and change is hard to come by.

A wonderful beer addition to a Bud-Light town… A relaxed, smoke-free environment with great beers and a decent view. The home brews are pretty fantastic and the craft list is the best you’ll find in Sebastian. The owner loves what he’s doing and it shows. Expect greater things as they get their foothold in the community. I’m already looking forward to going back!
