History

Established in 1984.

First specializing in custom home building and remodeling, Advanced Home Performance has focussed the much of the last 13 years on Energy Efficiency of existing homes. My passion is to leave every home I touch more comfortable, safer, healthier, and less expensive to operate, within the limits of the budget.

A large part of my business is now with other Contractors, doing Duct Leakage testing, Refrigerant Charge, and lessening the stress of complying with HERS, Title 24, and Energy Code requirements. If you’re a Contractor, I will respond to your call, be there on time, and try to make the HERS testing requirements as easy for you as I can.

Licensed in 1984. Arthur has provided green remodeling and best practice in remodeling projects since 1984.
