I can’t say enough about Donna Nordby as a Real Estate agent and as a person. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house and stayed on top of everything to ensure we closed on time without any hitches. I was so impressed with her that I then had her arrange for the sale of my condo.
Talk about going the extra mile! Out of her pocket, she re-​landscaped the front yard, painted the living room an had the condo cleaned. I’ e never heard of an agent doing all that on their dime before! On top of that, she had an offer before the place was even listed! There was one open house that resulted in three offers in one day. Amazing!!! She actually got me $ 10k over asking!

DONNA IS AMAZING. We worked with her last year while we were purchasing a mobile home in Santa Rosa and would have been lost if we had not had her help. In the process of looking for a rental home it became clear that buying a mobile made more sense for us. My brother had given us the number for Donna Nordby at Terra Firma as a real estate agent to contact. We gave her a call and she immediately emailed us homes to check out on the internet, and took us out to see homes the next day. I don’t think I could speak well enough about our interactions with her. She told us she thought we’d love the first place she had in mind. She was right. Pretty intuitive considering we were completely stranger to her (yes, we did buy that home, as it turned out).
Donna is a smart, hard working, and kind real estate agent. Really. We were on the low end of the buying market and on so many occasions I had to marvel that she never treated us as such. On the contrary, she made us feel like we were her only customers. I don’t think I have ever dealt with someone in sales of any kind that was so good at their job and seemed more like some family member instead of a salesperson. Recommend her? Wholeheartedly! Hard to imagine finding a better realtor!

This was the first time I had ever purchased a home. I was a noobie, and complete dolt, and had no idea what was ahead of me. I was shopping in a town an hour from where I live, and about which I knew little. I was going in with very little ‘atmospheric’ information, and was available for the hunt only on the weekends.
A friend of mine gave me the name of a realtor who was a friend of a friend, so I started with her. In the space of three Saturdays, we spent 6 hours looking. The first two, everything I saw was in contract. The third Saturday, bids were due Monday for the houses we saw. My realtor had neither told me that bids were due, nor told me what paperwork I would need to have ready. She then asked me to rank the houses we had seen in my order of preference, and tell her when I thought I would be ready to make an offer on a house.
Then I found Donna. Donna immediately treated me like a friend, walked me through the entire process, let me know what to expect, and what to have ready, drove me all over the area, just to make sure I knew my options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Now that I’ve found, and purchased a house, she continues to help with locating contractors, neighborhood goodness, property managers, and everything else I don’t even know to ask for. I am so grateful I found her, and will recommend her to anyone who asks.

Donna is one of the best I have worked with. She really takes the time to find you exactly what you are looking for. She is such a fun person she makes the sometimes stressful process fun as well! A wonderful person with wonderful work ethic! I will forever recommend her to people looking to buy a home.
