I am a Realtor and my client was looking for a lender to make her first home purchase. We had looked at a property on the weekend and she needed to get pre-​approved so she could put in an offer. Peter was not only available, but was able to get her pre-​approved on a Sunday so we could get my client’s offer in (and accepted!)
I simply cannot say enough good things about him– he really went above and beyond for my client and held her hand through the process taking extra time to make sure she understood everything well. He went through her financials with her and gave her guidance as to how she could secure the best rate possible.
