My wife and I each had computer problems recently and Andy did a good job of helping us each solve them. The first issue he diagnosed while we waited and gave us good advice for fixing it ourselves and didn’t even charge us. The second problem seemed like a hardware malfunction to me, but he determined it was simply some nasty malware, which he removed. And he only charged $ 50 for that, half what my wife paid in Illinois a couple of years ago.
He seems very knowledgeable and interested in helping but he is very busy and sometimes if you just drop by his office, you’ll find no one there. So you might want to call first.
