Gold’s Gym

Not too crowded when I go. I’m glad that there’s a decent gym that I can go to in Sebring as well as if I leave the state. They are a bit pricey compared to LA Fitness but beats out 24hr fitness any day.
Only 3 stars because I think they need more areas to get and dispose of the cleaning wipes.

I have been working out at this Gym for the last year, as a guest, when I am visiting the area. If you are looking for a place to exercise while in Sebring, you will not be disappointed. All the traditional weightlifting machines, free weights, cables, extensive variety of cardio equipment, plus a large cross training area (pull up rig, ropes, rowers, bumpers, oly platform, kettle bells of all weights, balls of every type and size, abmats, bands) and TRX. There is a large offering of classes, raquet. ball and a pool. The ladies locker room is clean and modern. If you work out, this gym will have everything you need.
If you don’t work out, or have been away from training for some time, I encourage you to come check it out. They have their memberships plan options posted, and for those who like to work out in a group setting I see they have workout classes and posted on the board what the training is for the day. This is an awesome way to work out when you are new to it, as you receive the energy and push from the group to help you.
I don’t live here, but I would definitely make this my home gym if I did.
Meanwhile, I will keep visiting and enjoying the facility.

I’m giving these guys 5 stars because they’re the best gym I’ve ever belonged too.
First off, the gym is just super nice. They have a room for classes, a room for spinning, a pool, locker rooms, typical gym equipment, crossfit equipment, racquet ball courts, and even. A cinema! Yes. a movie theater that has instead of seats, treadmills and bikes for you to work out on while you watch a movie that plays all day.
Second, the staff has been really nice too. I got to talking to the lady who signed me up for my membership and after awhile I told her that we just moved to Sebring and that my husband didn’t have a job yet. The next day when we were working she approached us and told my husband of a decent job she heard of and that’d she would be happy to help in any way she could. That showed me that she was actually listening and cared.
Finally, I like the price. I pay $ 30/​month and I’m allowed to bring in a guest everyday. Guess who that is? If you guessed my husband, you’re right. So for $ 30/​month, my husband and I get to work out at this awesome gym as much as we want!
I’m sorry to see that not everyone else has had as nice of an experience as I have had!

Wow. I just read the previous review and I respectfully disagreed. Maybe the previous review was drafted before the gym was fully completed & functioning. The gyms is too busy with members checking in to bother anyone to join.
I was a member at Anytime Fitness before I joined Gold’s. I was lucky enough that on the day I called to inquire, the owner Dave answered the phone. I have never met him in person because he is never in the facility. Busy man. He owns more than one Golds. He offered me 4 months of FREE membership until I completed my contract at Anytime. I pay the same $$ now at Gold’s and I get so much more for my $$: baby sitting, a load more classes including spinning, pool, sauna & I can take a guest every time I go. I’ve taken several guests and not once have they been «bothered» to join the gym. I could go on and on and on of all the benefits of this gym. But you might as well try it.
I’ve been to the Los Angeles Gold’s and I’ll proud to say that Sebring one is a better Gold’s.

This location is a franchising abortion. The owner has no control over the staff and the staff do just as they please. You are jumped upon entrance to fill out paperwork just to get a tour of the place or to ask questions. It is just a matter of time until they go under as did several other gyms, unless they change their «policies» and get a staff together who care about their jobs and the success of place of work. I sent not one but two complaints on the Golds Gym main site and they couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge them. BEWARE!!!
