Recently I attempted to arrange a pick up for a large donation — new dining room set. Originally paid $ 2,200.00 for it. I called in an attempt to set appointment and call was never returned as promised. When I call again, 3 days later, the same woman gave me a hard time and hung up on me. I called back and asked her to get the manager (at this point very aggravated at the treatment). I made the mistake of referring to her as a «bi**h», at that point the manager did not want to hear what happened, he just copped an attitude and hung up. This is supposed to be such a Christian organization, and yet they are so judgmental. They should be happy with such a donation, I was using them for about 12 years. This is a sad situation, when the director and the manager can cast judgement. They could have said, please do not use such language and gone about it, but cast judgement. At that point I canceled my donation. There are to many organizations today that appreciate donations, and are true Christians. Please support other organizations that appreciate your donations and do not judge you for who you are.
