Always on time HOWEVER the cars are very dirty. How about a car wash once in a while for customer service sake. Would not have gotten in the minivan had I had another ride to airport. Just gross and unacceptable

I called for a cab at 1 AM and got it 1:10. The cab driver was very nice. I will definitely use their service again.

We had a 6am international flight and needed a cab at 3:30am. I booked the cab the same day and had a very good experience! The cab driver was there at 3:30 sharp and the price was much lower than any other cab company I contacted in the area. Will definitely use this company again!

on Fridays like today, and other days, you get a clueless guy that insults customer and makes you wait for taxi for hours. Mark was great till he left a few months ago Ali should fire this guy because he does not want business for Access taxi.

One of the more decent taxi companies in the area. They don’t gouge you like some of the others. Getting rides from my hotel to the Secaucus junction train station was becoming a regular routine so this was one of the few cab companies that was dependable.
