Harmon Cove Towers

I recently moved here and I have had a wonderful experience so far. No complaints about management, the staff or anything like that. Love my view. It’s great to have all these amenities now at my disposal. It’s a great value.

the only positive review is based on another facility, says it all. poor, incompetent management. these people are TERRIFIED of having to work! They will do everything possible to annoy you, so that they don’t have to do any work. The people in the management office show up only for couple hours a day, take hours-​long lunch breaks, and they are never available when you’re home before or after work! The property manager is hardly ever on premises, and never available on phone. To top it off, they have been harassing me with constant stream of letters instead of resolving my problems. AVOID at all cost. what a joke!
If you do decide to buy a property here, spend a few hundred bucks and put it under a trust. You will save the headache of dealing with these people.

Totally unhelpful, insensitive and incompetent people work here. stay away. no complaints are resolved, and they try to pass the back back to you and waste your time. Building managers seem to be on vacation year round, and they do not assign any one in charge when they are out.
Worst attitude ever. They have unsafe conditions everywhere, including dogs without lashes, pet policies not enforced – dogs pooping and peeing in elevators and lobbies. Harmon Cove Tower hires numerous contractors for regular services, who hide behind anonymity of other companies. They would not tell their names after asked and one of their employees proceeded to assault a resident this weekend without provocation. BEWARE of the liabilities attached to this association!
At least one condo board candidate/​member? was yelling racist rants in front of my door and running away before I could open the door. Some residents or workers here seem to have attitude towards Asian/​South Asians, and they could be in fair housing lawsuit soon.
Ordered pizza or groceries to this building and the delivery guy bumped a pillar? They claim that you’re responsible. When their worker damage your car, it sucks to be you as they write in the contract that they are not responsible. Horrific building management tolerates delinquent residents and creates problem for paying resident.

Also. After writing this review, my condo and several others’ have been ruined due to Flood Damage, it’s been 6 months since I have made this complaint, and no one has resolved the issue. I have had buckets all over my master bedroom for the last week.

I lived in the townhouses, not the towers, and really, really enjoyed it. The amenities are fantastic — pool, tennis courts — and it’s super-​convenient to commute to the city. The townhouses totally do not feel like McMansions — there is mature vegitation and gorgeous walking paths along the river. Our neighbors have become lifelong friends (as well as running buddies).
My favorite thing in the summer is hanging by the pool and ordering a piña colada… it’s wonderful to feel like I’m on vacation when I’m at home! The bartender knows folks by name and mixes a mean cocktail!!!

I have lived in Harmon Cove Towers for 8 years. This is a great place to live in a great location. The previous poster seems to be jumping to conclusions without giving the building a chance. The Condo fees are not high at all compared to other buildings with the same amenities. Since living here one family member and two friends have moved here. They all love it and have been here for 3 years plus.
