The Apprehensive Patient

Worst dentist office I’ve ever been to doctors were not helpful at all I had a consultation with a dr and he told me he would be extracting my wisdom teeth and he would be putting me under anesthesia We looked at the X-​rays he told me he would be extracting 3 teeth and the fourth will probably never come in and he could take all 3 out for me in one shot
I came back for my appointment and i was greeted by a doctor I never met and he told me he would be the one extracting the teeth then looked at my X-​rays and told me he could only take out one and I’d have to goto another dr to get the other 2 extracted I was crying in the office because of nerves and this doctor didn’t seem to know what he was doing also I was upset that they told me they would take care of everything and ended up screwing me when I took off of work and everything for this the doctor realized I was freaking out only after I told him I jumped off the chair and asked to be referred to another doctor they gave me the information after the receptionist was rude raised her voice toward me with an attitude for no reason
They didn’t give me my X-​rays and they told the other office they couldn’t send a digital copy over so it resulted in me having to re do my X-​rays at the other office
END RESULT DO NOT GO HERE!!! and beside their by a burger stop for Christ sake they are rude unprofessional and have no idea what’s going on with patients worst experience of my life

I wanted to see them since they are very convenient to my work. Unfortunately since they weren’t listed as my primary dentist, I switched to them and then they told me since I wasn’t on the official list (since I had just switched) they couldn’t see me. Even though of course they could easily contact my insurance to see I had listed them. And then the insurance says «we can give you an emergency care code so you can see them.» AP’s response: «uh no we don’t care if she’s in pain and is providing a guarantee coverage paper, SHE’S NOT ON THE ROSTER.»
AP’s motto: «We aren’t here to help people, just make money.» I seems to be about arbitrary bureaucratic rules and not about common sense or helping people (which I assumed was part of the reason people went into a medical field?) I got an appointment with someone farther but more accommodating, so it’s not like they CAN’T help, they just won’t.

In general we have not had pleasant experiences. Although, we tried to give them multiple chances. My wife even went back three times to get the same filling fixed. They have cancelled numerous appointments on us. The front desk can use some lessons in customer service, they really do not look like they enjoy their jobs. This office has poor management in my opinion.
On a lighter note, they used to have a wonderful hygienist but she left and I have had one or two decent dentists that have also departed.

Saw Dr. M today, tall beautiful blonde dentist. Cracked a filling on vacation and she repaired it in 10 minutes no joke. She even called my ob/​gyn to approve the medicines needed to numb me before my procedure as I am pregnant. Great service!

If you need serious care don’t bother looking into this location unless you have money in full to pay. Oh and if your willing to deal with a rude receptionist take this place for a whirl. They make it seem like they will help with all sorts of payment plans option on their website but don’t buy into it because they don’t.
