Nothing is better than seeing your property taxes go up by 33%. My condo association dispatched the services of Waters McPherson McNeill and held a condo association meeting (the first one I ever attended). They explained what had happened (our 20 year abatement hit the 10 year mark) and they would have to submit a corrected real estate assessment with City Hall. They handled everything from beginning to end for a 15% commission on the tax savings (money well spent if you know how high NJ property taxes are).
