The Best Gallery in Sedona, spacious and overwhelming with beautiful art! We were greeted by Julie Swahn, she was friendly and personable, made us feel welcomed. We love to walk around in galleries and looking for unique artwork, this gallery has everything you can imagine and some. Must see to appreciate… It was just like entering Sedona for the first time and being in awe of the beauty of the Red Rocks! Exposures gallery is amazing and ask for Julie, she was very informative!

Exposures Gallery is by far the best, and most diverse, art gallery in the Sedona region. We loved that they have pieces by well-​known artists as well as up and coming talent, and it’s the perfect place to pick up a unique gift or memory from this beautiful area. Even better, the staff is very helpful, especially Julie S. who has excellent taste and is very helpful when you need assistance making decisions. Visit them!

Just yesterday I had the opportunity to stop by Exposures International Gallery of Fine Art and what an experience!
As the largest gallery in the southwest, it offers a huge array of art and the work of some very extraordinary artists. There is such a wide variety of things to see and appreciate and this gallery has something for everyone.
Jennifer Garcia is a fabulous sales consultant and is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all of the different types of pieces and expressions of creativity. She isl certainly able to answer any questions and she makes it all the more worthwhile to be there.
If you’re going to Sedona, a visit to Exposures International Galley of Fine Art is something you will definitely want to do!

I have always had an appreciation for art, but after visiting Exposures International, and talking with James Vale, an obvious art enthusiast, I have an even better understanding of true craftsmanship. James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without making us feel pressured or somehow «unworthy» because we were dressed in jeans and shorts (a sentiment we received in several other galleries). Both my husband and I truly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning to Exposures.

The gallery has chosen the best array of talent and versatility to display. I often walk into a gallery and see nothing that pleases my eye or soul, not so at Exposures. I totally enjoyed my visit and received expert information from Julie Swahn about the artists and different mediums.

I’ve not had a true appreciation for fine art before but the pieces displayed on the outside of the gallery were so eye-​catching, I couldn’t help but pay Exposures a visit.
I am so glad I did! I was immediately taken by the pieces along the driveway to the parking lot as well as the incredibly beautiful works of art along that line the walkway across the backside of the building. I felt myself glowing with appreciation for the amazing expression of talent in each piece. I also felt a growing anxiety that I had only given myself just over an hour to spend there before they closed. I didn’t want to rush past anything but I didn’t want to miss what was inside the building.
And what was inside is a feast for the eyes. One doesn’t have to be an art connoisseur to appreciate the exquisite array of works by so many talented artists. Words alone cannot describe the quality of the artwork inside-​you simply have to see it.
I was equally impressed with their sales consultant, Julie Swahn. She was so gracious and friendly and relayed several anecdotal stories about the artists and their work, adding depth and personality to my experience. Despite that I had arrived a bit disheveled from hiking, she made me feel welcome to be there and explore. An asset to Exposures International, Julie made my visit even more delightful. I’m glad to have met her.
My only real regret was I didn’t have the amount of time I would have liked to more thoroughly slow down to appreciate the massive collection of art inside the building. I hope to be able to stop by again before my visit to Sedona is over so I can treat myself to the delicious visual cornucopia of beauty that awaits anyone smart enough to pay them a visit.

I first visited this gallery in January of 2015. The variety of their collection is truly impressive, and the service was outstanding. They are equally happy to let you browse on your own without pestering you or to guide you through the entire collection. My boyfriend and I both made purchases from the gallery with substantial assistance from Jennifer Garcia, who was extremely knowledgeable about the pieces and artists we were interested in and helped us make final decisions. Since then, Jennifer has also helped me acquire additional pieces, including special orders, despite my living across the country. I have no doubt that she will remain one of my go-​to contacts anytime I am looking for fine art. If you’re in Sedona, this is truly a can’t miss destination.

This review would have been a four for artworks. It is beautiful inside however inside some of the staff are rude and unfriendly. I also felt constantly watched when on my phone although ironically it was for Unilocal!
I don’t like feeling like they suspect me of something in a store and I certainly felt that here.
Pieces are pricey and they don’t allow photos of their pieces. It’s somewhere you go when you’re looking to spend a few extra dollars.

Nice gallery filled with artists I just became a fan of. If you can get your piece of art in here you are quite skilled with a lot of luck. There’s a lot of pieces in a variety of disciplines to admire here. Lots of staff to answer questions. They have the doors open on both ends so as you indulge in all the art its a pleasant experience as a steady breeze follows you throughout the gallery. Very nice pieces of art is housed here. Lots of expensive breakables so be careful not to bump anything. There’s art pieces outside on a pathway leading from the parking lot to the entrance to enjoy prior to walking in the gallery. Nice to see the coins tossed in the water features is donated to charity. Well done! I’m glad I exposed myself to Exposures International Gallery of Fine Art.

Exposures International Gallery in Sedona is the best place to shop for art. The outside sculptures draw you into this gallery. The gallery inside is beautiful and has so many talented artists all in this location. Great selections. If you are looking for unique artwork, this is the place to visit. I would highly recommend to all my friends. Very professional and friendly staff. What an enjoyable experience. Must see to appreciate!

Love this place. Art is bigger than life. Wonderful open, gallery feel. The staff is also great. Leah was very helpful, professional and delightful. Bought a wind sculpture here 3 or more years ago. One of the bearings broke when taking it apart to move it. We called the gallery and had two new pieces shipped out same day at no cost. Thanks!

Amazing selection of artwork with such a wide range from glass to oil painting to bronzes. So many talented artists! Hard to believe so many beautiful things are gathered in one place! Definately a must-​see in Sedona!

This is a must see in Sedona. A huge gallery with many diverse works of art inside and sculptures outside. The art is very interesting and I give this place four stars because you must check it out in Sedona. Did not give it five stars because they don’t have enough art available at accessible price points.

We visited Sedona from California in July and saw a piece of artwork advertised in a tourist publication in our hotel room. Upon visiting this gallery strictly to see this particular piece, we discovered one of the most beautiful art galleries we have ever seen. Being world travelers, we have seen MANY beautiful galleries all over the world. Exposures ranks in the top 5 for us!!! So many types of artwork, unique jewelry and other spectacular items. We were blown away!!!
We decided to purchase the piece we saw and worked with the gallery specialist named DEBBIE I. Debbie is incredible and worked diligently with us to arrange all the shipping details quickly and efficiently. The HUGE piece (10 feet x 7 feet) weighed 100lbs was packaged and transported within 3-​days and arrived in perfect condition. Needless to say we are EXTREMELY happy with our fantastic, unique piece, but also the incredibly professional service we received every step of the way thru DEBBIE. She is truly an expert and excellent at her job. Thank you so much Exposures!!! We WILL return!!!

What a neat place w/​some really nice pieces of art. We’ve driven by a few time before but never stopped and I’m glad we finally did. There’s a beautiful gallery inside (no pictures allowed I learned the hard way), but on the outside you can take all the pictures you want which we did! It’s very relaxing as they have music playing and there’s a breeze blowing thru, it’s like a art garden, I think next time, we might come and stay a little longer, bring some snacks & just enjoy the scenery!

This is must see in Sedona! No, it is not for art snobs or lovers of traditional old world styles of painting and statuary.
It is a feast for the eyes, like being inside a kaleidoscope. Many modern and popular artists with lots of southwest themes as well. Don’t judge, enjoy!

As a visitor to Sedona, i remember red earth, green plants, blue skies and a relatively quaint experience.
Exposures, it’s less like walking in to a «gallery» in Sedona, and more like walking out of Sedona in to a galleria. That’s a good thing in a little town that can otherwise feel sort of squished together. There’s private outdoor areas with what honestly I think they’re called lawn art, the staff are real people, the owners are really people-​people, and seriously people there is such a range of art in there I would guarantee that you could find something fitting to your taste that is also affordable.
When I visited I remember enjoying myself 100% and I would definitely go back.

Oh my god. This place is beyond. Way beyond, even for Sedona, which can be a bit over the top in a Southwestern, red rocks kind of way.
My hon of hons husband INSISTED we go in here, even though I wanted nothing to do with it. The sculptures outside were so garish and tacky that I could only imagine what was inside. Dear readers, it actually wasn’t that bad!
The gallery is stocked by very friendly salespeople, who are not pushy at all. The variety of art work on display, the different mediums, the prices levels — really breathtaking. I saw some gorgeous examples of blown glass, unusual jewelry, pottery, china, mixed medium, bronzes, paintings — you name it. The sculpture garden outside had an elk that I fell in love with, but the enormous price tag made us shudder.
If you’re in Sedona, I would definitely check it out.

When you drive up Highway 179 into Sedona, one of the first galleries that you come across is the huge Exposures Gallery, which is located on the right side of 179 as one approaches the city.
Over 20,000 square feet, not including the outside sculpture gardens (I assume) make this the largest art gallery in the state, and probably one of the largest in the nation, perhaps the world.
There’s no gallery in the world, in the many, many galleries in nearly all continents that I have visited, that I can compare to this place.
Exposures is a perfect example of what makes most Southwestern art galleries so different from most other fine art galleries in the world; galleries which follow the white cube example of white walls and minimalist hanging styles, coupled with total lack of information about prices, etc.
Not so in the Southwest gallery model, and Exposures is a perfect example of this model for Southwest galleries.
Upon entering the huge spaces, the East Coast gallery sensibility is immediately assaulted by a riot of colors and by a fear of empty space that yields a huge gallery space filled to the brim with art, photography, sculpture, crafts and jewelry. The Greeks called it «horror vaccuii.»
This is 21^st century salon style presentation married to the joy of colors that is the Southwest.
There are probably a few thousand pieces of art hanging and displayed in this gargantuan space. In fact, so much artwork, and so much variety, that the snobbery of the art world would immediately tend to dismiss this gallery as another «art store» filled with «wall décor.»
Not so fast.
There are plenty of art galleries in Sedona that offer wall décor, and the same in the Southwest, and for that matter all over the nation.
Don’t be fooled by the sheer scale and invasion of the senses that Exposure offers. This is a very successful gallery which offers some very good artists, some so so artists and some mediocre artists. In other words, just like any other reputable art gallery, but definitely not a cheesy art store. This is a very good Southwestern gallery working flawlessly on that model.
Exposures’ success is clearly evident not only in its size, but also in the small army of people that it employs, as well as its history, which essentially repeats the usual gallery story: art-​loving couple moves to Sedona, open a small gallery; they do well and open a huge one.
And because Sedona’s art buying market is comprised mostly of visitors, this gallery has to operate on the model of exhibiting everything that it has to offer all at once.
It works for them.
So once we get past the fact that this overcrowded gallery space has found its formula for success, and we begin to look at the artwork itself, as I stated before, we find the same mix of great, good, average and mediocre that one finds in any gallery in the world because art truly is in the eyes of the beholder — or in this case the husband and wife team that picks the artists that they choose to represent and sell.
And sell they do…
On exhibit are works by more than 100 artists; yep, 100… and prices, I was informed, range from $ 29 to $ 290,000.

This is a living museum.
This is a must-​see, even if you don’t think you appreciate art. The work here is spectacular. This gallery has taken great care to make sure the very best artists are on display. And it can all be yours. For about $ 1500 a piece, and up. Like up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
There is a reason this art is so expensive. You have to go there and look at it to appreciate it.
