I was lead to this work through the needs of my first child.

CranioSacral Therapy helps with pain, physical trauma, emotional trauma, fatigue, and nervous system disorders. It is an holistic, alternative therapy, light touch and non-invasive.

I am a licensed and Certified advanced CranioSacral Therapist, trained by the Upledger Institute, and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist trained by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. I earned my bachelor’s degree at the University of London, and an MBA at Loyola University Chicago. Since 2008 I have practicing CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, at an Integrated Holistic Health Care practice in Chicago, and now in private practice in Sedona and Phoenix, AZ.
