This company was probably the worst company I have applied for a home through. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing, they charge you a application fee regardless if you get the home or not, and do not state anywhere on the application or receipt that it’s non refundable. So if you have more than one person living with you, you will hand over $ 30 a person in fees. The lady who answers the phone over talks you and is very unprofessional. Overall a bad experience with this company. I will not rent any homes through them in the future.
