Excellent Buffet, highly recommend. I have no problem eating here every single day! Great, great service too!

My wife and I have lived in Sedona for 16 years and have been members of Poco Diablo throughout that time. The restaurant management and chefs have gone through several iterations. Now, the place is fantastic and clearly underappreciated — perhaps from previous unfavorable reviews. The whole menu has been revised and the quality of the food and the preparation is first class. The service is truly outstanding. We love the Poco Burgers, which are some of the best hamburgers we have ever had. We also like the lamb dinner which is always prepared great with fresh side vegetables and a fresh salad. The shrimp tacos are surprisingly tasty. We also like the steaks. The dinner rolls are surprisingly fresh, warm, aromatic and tasty. You can order from the dinner menu in either the restaurant or the bar. The bar has a nice cozy atmosphere with a fully-stocked bar and a selection of draft beers.

We were staying at Poco Diablo Resort and had dinner at T Carl’s — not our first choice but it was raining and we didn’t want to go out in it. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the excellent service. My sister and I split the lamb and the ribeye. The lamb was tender, mild and had a sauce which was excellent but not overpowering. Best lamb we ever ate. The ribeye was juicy and cooked perfectly. We split the lava cake for dessert. It was small but tasty and melty — could have been a little warmer though. Our waitress, Gwen, gave us the best service we had in a long time. She was personable and attentive, anticipating our needs. Combined with the beautiful views, it could easily become one of our favorites when in Sedona.

Very friendly and responsive staff! They were so friendly to us and our dogs on the patio, plus very nice food, beer, and dessert. The patio has wonderful views and it was very enjoyable to sit out there and have our meal and spend some time.

It was later in the morning, and we were the only other couple still having breakfast. Carol, our server, greeted us and provided us with the options for breakfast. We opted for the breakfast buffet just so that we could get a sampling of their typical offerings. Although, nothing spectacular, the food was still delicious and we gladly welcomed the variety that was offered enabling us to sample their various menu dishes. This was the only meal we had here, but we nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. It is clean, spacious, and the view(again!) is simply marvelous. Just an awesome resort to stay in. We will definitely be returning. All our friends gave us their highest recommendations on this place, and now we know why. It’s an undeniable hit with us!

Great view on the golf and landscape, good food and services is fine, just a bit too expensive.

Our experience was awful in every way. The service ranged between rude, non-existent, and glacial. The pizza had a crust straight outta the freezer. It took so long to get the check we finally just gave up and put it on the room. I feel like I over-tipped by giving 10% and I almost always give 20%. What an abomination of a restaurant.

A slow monday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Friendly hostess and excellent server A beautiful restaurant with great views and awesome food. Warm homemade rolls, extraordinary soup and salad included with dinner. I had the ribeye and my wife had the sirloin, both done to perfection and served with perfectly cooked vegetables and potatoes. Could not have been any better and moderate prices. ASGOODASITGETS.

How sad is it that a resort like this can’t get its sh*t straight when it comes to running a restaurant! Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the quality of food leaves a LOT to be desired. Also, the restaurant has some high prices for the low caliber of deliverables. Customer service… incompetent, lying-in-your-face, pompous staff. We received microwaved, old dinner rolls and when we asked if they could give us fresh ones heated in the oven, the waiter made a face and brought us back the same two we got initially but just hotter, then proceeded to tell us they were heated in the oven from the beginning. Yeah, right, and I’m Marilyn Monroe. Food…Applebee’s has better food, I will leave it at that. I did like their salmon and their house vinaigrette but everything else was just your run of the mill, typical, greasy spoon stuff. Overpriced and just NOT good. Do yourself a favor and take a short drive downtown for dinner if you’re in town. The rooms: old and need some serious updating but they were cozy, just not worth $ 189/night if you ask me. I’ll review the resort separately.

I have to admit that I haven’t dined here in at least 4 years but before that, I frequented TC every couple of months. I don’t go there much anymore because it’s a tad pricey, especially for Sunday brunch or I just plain forget it’s here. My favorite aspect of this restaurant is the wonderful view from the outdoor terrace of the par 3 golf course and duck pond shaded by tall weeping willow trees. I agree with other reviewers that the food is good but it’s the service that is typically exceptional. They are very capable of handling large parties of 10 or more as efficiently as a table for 2. The Sunday brunch is always very good and is probably the most reasonably priced of any in Sedona. They feature a carving station for prime rib, ham and turkey as well as chef prepared fresh omelets, waffles and french toast along with an array of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and more. Since I can no longer eat massive quantities of food like I did when I was younger, brunch buffets are not worth the cost but everyone once in a while, I will splurge, take my time and enjoy breakfast immediately followed by lunch and finally, dessert. They also have a broad menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items which are all quite good.

The food was decent. I really enjoyed the views of the outdoor dining area. I had the special of the night– prime rib which was a great deal although it was cold and very fatty which I had to constantly pick around. My friend had southwestern chicken breast which was tasty but over priced. The side salads and bread were both good. I’d also recommend the chocolate decadence flour less cake. It was incredible. One unusual thing about this restaurant was that they allow dogs. I’m a dog lover but the pitbull at the table next to me was eyeing me down my entire meal and it lunged at the waitress when she tried to give jt a treat. I would have given 4 stars if I hadn’t been stalked by a dog during the meal.

We had a little trouble finding this place at first as we didn’t realize it was actually inside a hotel /golf course and it was evening and there was no clear sign from the road leading up to it. This may have contributed to the place being dead when we got there. The hostess was… very high energy and enthusiastic which probably added to our enjoyment of the evening. The burger I got was good, well cooked and juicy, and the fries were the best we had during our trip to Sedona. My girl friend tried ravioli which came out with a somewhat greasy, if still tasty sauce. We split crème brule for desert which didn’t seem to set properly as it was a bit runny and tasted a little eggy. If I was staying at the hotel I could see eating here again, but otherwise I’m not sure its worth the stop by itself.

Friendly service, good food, especially for the price. Beautiful views of the golf course behind the resort, & covered outdoor seating if the weather is accommodating.

I was staying at Poco Diablo for a retreat so most of our meals, breakfast lunch AND dinner, were at their hotel restaurant. Luckily, the food was very tasty and the presentation was great. The staff was friendly and there was variety on the menu for all times of day. They were able to accommodate our individual dietary needs– even in a group of 18! Their lunchtime salads were especially delicious. And the best part? The restaurant overlooks beautiful landscape where you can see the infamous red rocks of Sedona while enjoying the meal.
