History
Established in 2016.
Back in 1998 two sisters had a dream to create the best sandwiches in town and that dream became State Street Deli. With one simple goal: to feed it’s hungry patrons– fast forward 18 years, and new owners, State Street Deli is now the Liberty Bistro & Catering. Much like those sisters years ago, Jenni & Kristine dreamed of providing the yummiest lunches in town (coffee, wine and craft beer too), and with that, they relocated to historic downtown Sedro-Woolley. In the space once occupied by the Liberty Café, the pair has brought new life brought into the space, and are living the dream of providing the tastiest food in town!
