The firm formed in June 2006 when Bill McCann invited his newly graduated son Geoff to join him after over 30 years of solo practice in Sedro-Woolley. Geoff first worked as a law clerk for his father while studying for the bar exam. After he passed the exam and was duly sworn into the bar association, Geoff joined the firm as a full time partner in November 2006.
