Jamairicas was founded and developed by Chef Phresh, with his Caribbean background and American living he’s created an amazing menu that’s sure to make your taste buds dance while craving for more. Chef Phresh started cooking as a little boy being his mothers helper as she prepared food for her catering business. In 1994 Chef Phresh went to culinary school and two years later after graduating he started his career as a chef for a few different restaurauts. With hard work and dedication he’s develop his own unique style Jamaican but with an American twist the name Jamairicas says it all. Chef Phresh family and freinds love his foods so much that they urged him to open his own restaurant and now you can enjoy the mouth watering food of Jamairicas.
