Split Seconds Towing & Transport

A company undeserving of consumer trust. My outlook of Split Seconds towing began when the driver erratically pulled up exceeding the speed limit greatly and swerving. Upon exiting the truck till the end of the transaction there was zero customer service, greeting, or care involved. During this time the gentleman handling my car and receipt directly lied about the purpose of a legal, signed document to get the company free of any and all damages done to my car. After reviewing my car there were damages done from the rear-​wheel lift they vicariously used to move my vehicle. I called and called the company to, at the very least, file a complaint about the man who handled this, however the manager seemed to be in an eight hour meeting until they just began ignoring my calls. My final call was to AAA to inform them that their account with Split Seconds Towing was poorly portraying their name. I will never use this company and I will proudly tell everyone why.
