Seguin RV

Went there recently for some new keys because outs accidentally got dropped in the lake! Great service with Crystal & Shawn and they totally took care of us with in and out service– also some added extra special attention to items needed while over there. Highly recommend their service department!

We went to look at travel trailers, and ended up purchasing one. Our salesperson Amanda was great. She showed us trailers that we asked for and another which was more of what we were looking for. They helped get me financed. I needed some extra time to get the down payment,. They worked with me on that as well. All in all it was a great experience. Easier than purchasing a vehicle. Amanda (salesperson), Albert (finance) and Shawn (service manager) were awesome to work with. The whole experience was two thumbs up.

While not dealing in cars, the employees we dealt with embody the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. If for some reason you do decide to do business with them, make sure you take a witness with you, record everything said, and get any and all offers, claims, or promises in writing. And even then they will still probably try to weasel out of any required repairs.
Make sure you do a very thorough walk through. Check every light, every electrical outlet, every latch. If you miss anything that was broke before you bought it, they will claim that everything was working before you got it, and they are not responsible for anything that happens during transport to your lot/​pad, even when they are the ones you pay to transport it.
Make sure you check the toilet holding tank. Our RV was delivered with the holding tank full of human waste. Make sure that when they tell you that they will fix something that you get it in writing and it does not come with any exclusions for mobile service or number of visits before they will give up and not even make a token effort anymore.
To best protect yourself from these dishonest and unscrupulous people, bring witnesses, or better yet, a lawyer and a news crew. But you would be better served by going to a more reputable RV dealer.

My uncle purchased a Catalina from this dealer last year. I went with just out of curiosity. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and took their time with us. We’ve put about 2000 miles on the RV and the only trouble we’ve had was a blown fuse.

This business is horrible and very unprofessional we dealt with the guy in financing he didn’t even know what to tell us he didn’t even know what he was talking about he said that he was going to run a credit check once but we found out after the fact that he had ran it two times and that affected the credit score. We had found the perfect rv. So after getting this BS offer for a 15 year loan at a lower payment we didnt want that so we went with our local credit union and got it done quick so we paid them via wire transfer to purchase the new rv oh I forgot to mention that we had issues with the vin number on the rv we wanted to purchase Bc they had scratched it out and put a different vin number so we were confused on this, possibly trying to scam and rip off by paying for a different rv or something, I wonder how many times they’ve ripped customers off Bc thy suck. Then we go to pick up the RV a week later after they receive the funds via wire transfer they threatening me and my wife that they were going to kick our asses and called my wife a fat slob and that we need to get the f— out of here. I almost got in a fight with will the sales rep and the owners and financing guys they are all corrupt and don’t know what they are doing. I regret coming here and I regret giving them 25,000 dollars but I don’t regret the deal we got on our brand new 2016 rv we love it. Don’t buy here and don’t go here. U will be harassed, threatened, and taken advantage of. These dudes are rude and scary and unprofessional. Don’t get taken advantage of from seguin rv. They might wanna kick your ass like they said they wanted to do to us after they got paid. Oh and make sure you get everything in writing, one more thing they make you sign a document to reserve or hold and rv and it’s supposedly a 500 refundable deposit but they never took it out of our acct but it’s just som bs sales tactic to get you to buy it Bc they’ll say that someone else is looking at it too. Dont believe them. Don’t go here!!! Beware I warned you. We wanted to go to the local media so they can know how we were treated and threatened. I had to put a eatin to post this. That’s sucks Bc they don’t deserve sh– from me. They are 0″‘sss losers!!!

Here’s an update to my experience with this «No Class dealer»
We contacted the manufacturer of our trailer that we unfortunately bought from seguin rv. Asked them if that spacific trailer was sent out from there factory with the Bose sound system in it like the brochure said it supposed to have in it. Of course they said it was sent with one. (Manager said it never had one in it) Asked the saleman where it was and he said he would check into that. (Never happensd) My wife and I talked several times with Keystone and told them everything that we were going through with this dealer. They said this wasn’t the first time they had a problem with him. She was going to file a complaint againt this dealer. Keystone also gave us permission to go to another dealer to have the other problems that the salesman said he would have fixed. Went to Crestview RV sales in Selma and all was fixed.
Dont understand why a brand new trailer thats under warranty would be such a problem. Not like it would cost them any money to fix something that’s under warranty.
By the way… Keystone sent me another Bose system and apologized for what the dealer had done. Thank you Keystone! !!!
While going through some of the paperwork in the trailer… we found a brochure for the remote to the Bose system. Hmmmmmm… thought it didnt come with one?

Had a great experience with Seguin Rv. I already was committed to buying a fifth wheel and wasn’t just browsing and their prices were very reasonable compared to other locations across Texas. Mike Marash was a great help in making the purchase experience a success. He went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and we were satisfied with what we wanted. Doesn’t hassle you and tells you what u need to know. Great help in delivering the Rv to your choice location.

I would like to thank Ken for the contact. If he had not written his rebuttal, I would not have remembered to update my experience. The RV he advertised as «Ready to take across the country today!» had dry rotted tires and left us stranded on our first long road trip trip when the transmission blew out in the Arizona desert. 3500 dollars later we were on our way. Thanks for the memories. Ken.

In response to the Ken M. comment, it’s entertaining how the owner of a business I’ve supposedly not visited would have so much knowledge of my shopping experience. His willingness to impugn the truthfulness and knowledge of someone he doesn’t know is also revealing.
As for «the business dealings I don’t understand,» as a registered agent of multiple entities myself, let me clarify what I stated before. At the time of my review, per the Secretary of State, you sir, were the legal representative in the state of Texas for both Seguin RV and South Texas Fun Center. Hiding behind a different name or a DBA doesn’t relieve you of any association. I’ve spent years in a profession requiring the research of public information. So, if you’d like to continue this, I assure you, I’m quite capable of being diligent. As for alien abductions, all I can say is I would’ve welcomed it, had there been a little green space critter, less slimy than your salesman, and willing to get me off your lot.

Pure bait and switch. Having been in the sales industry before, letting your customer know that you’ll do everything to help them is important. These guys missed that day in class. After making you feel like they’re doing you a favor, they had us fill out an application for a travel trailer that had already been sold! Wow. How much would it have taken to check your inventory before showing it. A few seconds. The «competitor» next door is the same DBA and has the same registered agent per the Secretary of State, as well as a shared lot. All I can say is don’t waste your time going here, cause these guys will waste yours.
