We called after being referred too to have our house sprayed for bugs. When we got our appointment, and the technician came out, we asked him to spray for fleas in the backyard and it did not work. After being charged $ 75 to have this issue addressed with no results as well as the cobwebs and other items, I decided to fix this.
I called the main office a few days later to address this issue and although there are very considerate they sounded a little rude. I was transferred to the owner named Scott and he seemed very insensitive and did not care about what I was trying to get resolved. After arguing and cancelling my contract and check I hung up the phone.
this is a company I will never go through again and will not recommend them in the future to any of my friends or local acquaintances.
