I thought it was cool how they slice their meat when we ordered. It seemed pretty fresh to me until they pulled out a bag of mashed avocados to spread it on the sandwich/wrap(which I ordered). Not the freshest… and they pride themselves in having the freshest ingredients. The service was whatever. Not much engagement from the staff unless they were asking what you wanted on your product. There was a lack of communication among the staff and they forgot about the toasted meat for my wrap. I was watching as other customer’s sandwiches got passed down but mine was missing. Finally when it was time for me to add on additional items, the staff looked dazed and confused as to where mine was. When I got the finished product, I noticed the lettuce for the wrap was not fresh as well. It had a lot of brown spots on it and the ends were wilted… It tasted okay but not fresh.

I’ve been here a few time over the past few months when I work in Selma and their very consistent with their customer service. I’m always greeted nicely and on multiple occasions the employees knew other customer by name, which is a good sign they pay attention to their regulars. I didn’t have my rewards card with me but the nice girl that made my sandwich told me to keep my receipt and next time they can load my points onto my card. It was a nice and sincere offer. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have name tags, because I would have liked to have left a review with their name so they can get the credit they deserve. Great customer service every time. Always clean and welcoming.
