When clients ask me where I learned my customer service skills, «Did you have special training?» No, I tell them– I grew up in a pizza restaurant.

The time I spent working alongside my dad in his pizza restaurant instilled in me the value of small business and the customers that drive them. In addition, over eleven career years in the hospitality and dealership industries helped to refine my skills.

Over the last two years I was able to maximize my abilities in a high– volume specialty lines insurance agency. By 2011, I had earned the prized Above and Beyond Award. Then by 2012 my written premium had neared 1 million dollars

Insurance has turned out to be a niche that is the perfect place for me to offer a valuable service and follow my dream of being a business owner.
