We called Evans plumbing about a clogged pipe. Rather than fix the problem, they broke the pipe and left it draining into the yard and said they’d have to come back another day. Another (much better) company came out and fixed it. Evans still sent a bill. They charged more to make things worse than the other plumber charged to fix the problem. Go figure.
