Bill Mair Heating and Air, Inc., is locally owned and operated servicing Clallam and Jefferson counties. I personally have 20 years of local HVAC service, as a technician. I am putting my comprehensive expertise in my field into every job that I do. You can trust me to provide the highest quality service and workmanship along with exceptional customer service.

I am a life-​long resident of Clallam County. I was born and raised in Port Angeles and moved to Sequim to work and live over twenty years ago. I am married and have four children and I really enjoy life on the Olympic Peninsula. After working locally for the last 20 years in the heating industry, I decided to start my own company. My wife Anna and I started our HVAC business to assist you with all of your heating and cooling needs. We started Bill Mair Heating and Air in 2014 and are dedicated to providing our customers with high quality service with home town appeal.

Our first appointment was truly a pleasure. We just purchased a 15-​year-​old home and a technician came out to perform annual maintenance, check for any obvious issues, and educate us on the proper operation of our heat pump. He was personable, patient, and right on time, and he answered all of our many questions easily.
Mid-​appointment, Bill popped by personally to introduce himself and welcome us to the neighborhood. And his wife Anna was the one who booked our appointment for us over the phone (and even scheduled it for Labor Day so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary).
This really is the sort of personal service we were hoping for when we moved to Sequim. While I hope we don’t run into any issues that require their expertise again any time soon, it’s good to know we’ve got someone nearby who we can trust. I wish more people would leave reviews to make it a little easier for newcomers to locate quality professionals.
