History

Established in 1971.

Steve Lamb started as a general contractor in 1971. He began building homes in Forks, WA and then moved to Port Angeles in the late seventies… from there he settled in Sequim, WA in 1984 when he partnered with John Laurenson and established Lamb/​Laurenson inc. When John moved in 1991, Steve renamed his business to Legacy Homes, Inc. Steve is known for his unique Northwest Design and his ease with his clients whom he keeps a relationship for the lifetime of the home and beyond. He is very practical and guides his clients through a positive process to a final result that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Quality doesn’t have to mean expensive.
