They serve ice-cream here, shocking, I know. They offer tons of different flavors that should satisfy any person craving some ice cream. The types of flavors vary at any given time, but they have your standard chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, coffee, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, birthday cake as well as many other specialty flavors like«Graham Canyon». If you like toffee, I suggest you go with the«Graham Canyon», I tried it and loved it. You can get ice cream in a cup, waffle cone or a standard sugar cone. They also offer banana splits, shakes, sundaes, cakes, pies and ‘blasts’. The blast consists of whipped ice cream with any topping they have like M&M’s, Twix, Heath Bars, Reeses Pieces, Butterfingers, Snickers… etc. This location has ample parking in a private lot. Though the lines may be long, the staff does a pretty good job getting people in and out. There is not a ton of seating, I see many people eating in their cars, so plan accordingly.

Great salted caramel ice cream. One of the better ice cream joints I’ve been to. Yogurt was just okay. Malt was weak. Italian ice was good. Does not stand up to gelato or custard though.

OK, everyone loves Brusters. I do too! What’s not to like? Their ice cream is super tasty with a ton of flavors that are sure to please even the most discriminating eater. The thing I like most is that every flavor is full bodied — if you order something you don’t have to wonder what it is or think that it tastes like vanilla with some artificial flavoring. Nope, its all solid full on flavor! And there’s none better in my mind than the Raspberry Chocolate Truffle. Yum. My weakness. They say that the first step in dealing with a weakness is to admit you have it. I admit I have it. I’m gonna deal with it by running over there now and getting a quart to take home…

Brusters is such a terrible temptation for us. Who builds an ice cream shop right in a residential neighborhood? All of Seven Fields can walk to this place and we often do as an excuse to burn off a portion of the calories we are doomed to consume. I eat chocolate raspberry truffle(and lots of it.) Portions are generous. A single scoop will satisfy almost any hunger. A double scoop is for champions. They are open year round for those of us who will find any excuse to get over here.
