Rsa Paving

Recently had RSA Paving do an expansion to a an existing driveway and resealing. They did a great job, worked fast, and the appearance is acceptable for a driveway.
They lost one star for communication and scheduling. Got a quote, made the first appointment which was two months out. First appointment canceled due to weather, second appointment three weeks later, also canceled due to weather the night before. After the second one, they never called to reschedule. We had to call them days later, scheduling person wasn’t there so had to wait for a call back. Nearly a week (of rain free days) later, they reschedule a date but no time. They show up day off, get the work done quick, and then it rains the next day. But, the asphalt held up.
Price wise, they weren’t the cheapest quote we got, but they also weren’t the most expensive.
If I needed another asphalt job done, I’d consider calling them again.

Rich and his crew did a great job on our asphalt driveway this summer. He was prompt with his estimate, courteous, and everyone was easy to work with. I had many different questions and always received replies promptly to my many emails.
The job entailed doing a rebed for a failed one, plus running 2 drains so the driveway pitch could drain appropriately. The part that was rebedded needed careful work because it is surrounded on 3 sides by a stone wall and a 3 car garage. Everyone was careful and the job went well. I was also gratified to see Rich on the job, too and felt that the entire day went well.
Rich will return in September to inspect the asphalt to see how it drains, and work is warranted which also is nice considering there was a lot of hard earned money tied into that work on both sides,
I felt the price was fair and I had attempted to get at least two bids. Some companies would not do drains, some didn’t reply to the call to their company, and some were too busy to accommodate this year’s work. As I said before Rich responded. The company is organized and is run efficiently and I am grateful for their work. Very professional.

Just had this company repave my driveway with a fresh coat of asphalt. Rich Stanley was able to work with me and offered a great price for the light makeover I needed before I sell my house. Rich is professional and friendly and seems like the type of cool guy you’d see at the Ottobar or the Club Charles. His staff did a terrific job and worked quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that they accept credit cards. I will definitely refer this company to my other real estate clients.
