We are a learning center located in Severna Park dedicated to helping children and adults reach their fullest potential. Our Executive Director, Dr. Lori Perez, is a nationally certified school psychologist specializing in early intervention. Her goal has always been to provide an easier way for parents and individuals to get answers and find solutions to learning struggles. Established in 2007.

The Educational Resource Group was founded by Dr. Lori Perez, a nationally certified school psychologist specializing in early intervention and neuropsychological aspects of learning. We are a comprehensive learning center providing customized and innovative brain-​based interventions to include assessments, educational advocacy, cognitive «brain» training, academic coaching, and test preparation services.

Erg is awesome. I found out I have ADD, and I get easily distracted. My family signed me up to be coached for school due to my barely acceptable grades. I now have straight A’s, and I am not as distracted anymore. By the way, Gina is awesome!

Awesome staff. Very professional as well as caring. The training made a world of difference in my daughters confidence which translated into a 100 point increase in her school reading testing. I can’t thank them enough. The staff is a positive role model for all future adults.

ERG was a great experience for our son. The environment was very hip and welcoming. The staff were all wonderful and made my son feel comfortable the first day until the last. They were all very motivating and rewarding. The program that was designed for our son had sets of milestones and really worked for him. We plan on returning in the future for summer refreshers.
