EcoTykes specializes in cloth diapers and offers the only diaper service in the Knoxville area. We service Knox, Blount, Sevier, Cocke and Jefferson counties.

We provide the diapers and wash them too!

We use an environmentally friendly process with all natural detergents and no harsh chemicals.

History

Established in 2012.

EcoTykes was started by two local Sevierville women. We started EcoTykes because we saw the need to offer area parents a more healthy and alternative option to diapering their children.

When my nephew Kaeson was born, I realized that not all parents know about cloth diapering or realize that is is still an option these days. My sister had no clue about cloth and had believed all the misconceptions about leaks, blowouts and what we call the ‘yuck factor’. She never thought about using cloth until I suggested it and deffinately did not want to do the washing herself… which is totally understandable.

This showed and helped propel me to open EcoTykes Cloh Diaper Service.

There have to be more parents out there that struggle with or don’t even realize they have options in diapering. Unlike disposables that you have no idea what goes into them or what foreign plant they were made in this time,

I wanted to let parents have the piece of mind that their child’s diapers are 100% natural cotton and not made from plastics, oils, and 60+ chemicals. Let them know that they have diapering options and EcoTykes is here to help them every step along their diapering journey.
