Beware careless staff, particularly when calling.
Located in a former Kroger on US-​441 just south of US-​411 in Sevierville, Golden Eagle bills itself as the world’s largest «As Seen On TV» store. It also operates on the web as

According to their website, they also operate nine other retail stores in the area.
I called this store (the largest) looking for one particular item and was told the store carried it only to find out, upon arriving in person, that it doesn’t. A wasted trip that could have been averted by more attentive staff. Perhaps the website will provide a better picture of actual inventory, but be wary.
