History

Established in 1993.

Our founder, Ken, has been in the business of making people comfortable for over 40 years. After relocating from Memphis in 1993, He founded Scruggs Appliance Service. Fast forward two decades and a name change, Ken Scruggs Heating & Air Company is now one of East Tennessee’s leading Heating & Cooling providers. Our commitment to our customers and community is what keeps us going.

Hey there! My name is Ben, and my goal is to make your life a lot more comfortable!

A little about me: I was born and raised here in East Tennessee. I began learning the trade from my dad, Ken, at the age of 8, going on to become one of the youngest people in the state to be an EPA Certified Universal Technician. After well over a decade in the field, I am now the Operations Director here at Ken Scruggs Htg. & Air Co. When I’m not working, you can usually find me on the nearest running trail or out exploring the city. I am an avid reader, shameless coffee addict, and love meeting new people.
