Legacy Mountain Ziplines

This would qualify as being the best part of our trip to TN even after we just came came back from horseback riding earlier that am! Zack and Cody were our amazing guides here at Legacy Mountain zipline tour! Being it our first ziplining they brought a good vibe by joking about new cables from Walmart. Tutorial was informative and very simple to understand! We went thru 7 zipline some fast and slow and others longer in length to get a good view of smoky mountain! Even as a beginner we felt safe and satisfied by the new experience we gained! Price worth every cent and they offer pictures and gave us some complimentary water along the way on 2 occasions! Definitely I would be back here if I were in the area!

BEST FREAKIN DAY EVER! We researched several of the local zip line places and decided to take a leap of faith with Legacy Mountain Zip Lines. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Our group of six ran in ages of 13 to 40(ish) with varying stages of anxiety. Our guides/​instructors Aaron & Karow had great, fun loving personalities but always kept safety as the number 1 priority. We completed 7 lines which took roughly 2 ½ hours. Line 6 was the group favorite. Be sure to tip them well, they are well worth it!!!

This place is tops. Great experience, the staff is very instructive. Safety first but with a smile. The zip lines are phenomenal. Our guides Cody and Hippie are absolute PROS. We were a group of 9 and they took really good care of us.

My long time boyfriend and best friend proposed to me on the 3^rd platform! Staff was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I couldn’t have been more surprised or elated!

One of the best experiences we had while in Gatlinburg/​Pigeon Forge area!
Firstly, our guides names were Aaron & Tim and they were both great. Good attitudes, funny personalities and best of all, they both made sure we were all SAFE the whole time.
There were 7 zip lines, with the first zip line being the shortest and lowest so you can try it out and get comfortable with it.
This place was so awesome! The views were great! There wasn’t a whole lot of walking in between, but there was some and a couple stair cases you had to walk up. Other than that, if there was much to it, they had a staff member drive us up one of the steep hills in a side by side. A couple of the zip lines went off the platform you were already on so it was an easy transition.
5 stars, for sure! We will come back and do it again in the future!

This place is great. Breath taking views and awesome staff, very funny and provide a very great experience. The view from the zip lines give a great new perspective to the Smokey Mountain. Zip lines feel very secure and safe and is a breath taking experience for any age group.

This was our first time zip lining and we’re so glad we chose them. Our guides were Wyatt and Steven and they were very helpful and made it fun. The views were very beautiful. I would totally do it again!

Breathtaking views super staff. Chris and Taylor were great. I was thoroughly surprised as to how detailed and professional the two were. Not to mention how great they were with the small kids in our group. Thanks for a great memory guys!!!

First zip line experience… WOW! James, aka karo and Steve were our guides. Extreme safety oriented and comforting before experiencing views from 300 — 500 ft and up to ½ mile lines. 7 lines for a 3 hour fun time.
They take good care of us old folks. Thanks again guys for a lifetime of memories…

Loved loved loved the experience ! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Aaron and Steve were amazing guides and so much fun. I never felt unsafe at any point. To be able to see the entire span of the Smoky Mountains, 500 feet above the ground was something extraordinary! No pictures can do justice to this beauty.

This was my first time zip lining and it was amazing! My gf had been once before in Ecuador and she had a blast as well. Our guides, Dillan and Destry, were very approachable, knowledgeable, and funny! They went over everything we needed to know multiple times beforehand so I felt confident from the very first run. I did not feel unsafe at any time and would definitely recommend Legacy to all!

Maybe because you had to brake with your hand and would’ve lost your phone along the way.
It was high. It was fast. The staff was all friendly and great.
I was scared as all heck but they made me feel so comfortable. There was an older lady riding and they even assisted her by riding with her to make her feel comfortable. AWW!
It’s pricey. But well worth the views and the experience.
The walking portions of the trip was kind of difficult because it was VERY steep.
I’m glad I did it. I would love to do it again. I ended up going to Dollywood afterwards and every ride seemed like nothing after ziplining.
I felt safe and secure with these guys. I loved it. Thank you, Legacy!

If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Absolutely stunning views! All of the staff was impeccable when it came to safety. Our guides (Tony and Zac) were knowledgable and fun. DEFINITELY PICK LEGACY FOR YOUR ZIPLINE TOURS. Worth every penny.
Tony, especially, helped out a TON. He was wonderful with my four year old!
Also loved how they honored our prices from when we made reservations so far in advanced.

This was something my daughter wanted to do. My husband and I had already zip-​lined in Maui, so this was not on our list, but we were so glad we gave in! The lines were much longer and higher, and the guides were great. We had a coupon through our cabin rental, making one free, but try to find a coupon book with $ 20 off, because it’s expensive ($ 100 a person, including kids!) The views were stunning; absolutely gorgeous! My only complaint is that they claim they put safety first, but stuff you all into a van without enough seat belts. If you try to wear your seat belt, they ridicule you (!!!). Quite possibly the most dangerous part of the trip is that steep, rocky road trip up the hill, and yet they intentionally don’t take precautions for their passengers. I consider that a fail. Our guides were Steve, Jake («from State Farm») and the catcher dude (I think he was «the boss»). I read all the reviews, and there is not as much walking as many reviews stated, but what you do walk is definitely steep!
