We manufacture lampshades on site so the thousands of lampshades we have on sale are made here in Sewell, NJ USA. Nobody has the selection of lampshades we have. We repair onsite as well so bring in your old table lamps, floor lamps and chandeliers we can replace wire, sockets and parts to make them like new.

Established in 1987.
Lamp&ShadeWorks was formed in 1987 as a business that serviced the hospitality trade providing lamps and shades to hotels, motels and restaurants nation wide. In 1999 we purchased land at 160 Delsea Drive and built our 30,000 square foot building. The building houses Lamp&ShadeWorks parent company Jovin Inc. established in 1978 and manufacturer of lampshades as well as Lamp&ShadeWorks which since 2000 has been open to the public. Lamp&ShadeWorks is owned and operated by 3 generations with over 100 years of experience in the lighting industry.

Business Owner
Vince started in the lighting industry as a teenager working at his father’s business Jovin Inc. Jovin manufactured lampshades at that time for lamp companies that did not manufacture their own shades. After working several years for Jovin Vince formed Lamp&ShadeWorks a company that made table lamps, floor lamps and lighting pendants for the hospitality trade. As both businesses grew there was a need for a larger location so in 1998 Vince and his family purchased ground on Delsea Drive and built a 30,000 square foot building to house Jovin & Lamp&ShadeWorks. It was Vince’s dream to open up a lighting showroom in this area that rivaled the top showrooms he has seen in NY, Dallas, Chicago and other large cities. Working with Vince at Lamp&ShadeWorks are his wife Kelly and their 2 children making this a true family business.
