Meinhart’s Tree Service

Meinharts just finished a job removing 2 large trees from our property. They came when they promised, worked hard, were very courteous and professional, and we have no complaints. Their price was fair. We would use them again.

We used Meinharts this month. They took down and removed a dozen big trees. All was done on time, at a fair price and with a great clean-​up .We will recommend them in the future. Thanks for a great job!

Their customer service is the absolute worst, I would never use them again. We needed a fallen tree removed and they said they would be there in the afternoon and call a half hour before their arrival — they showed up at 9 AM and didn’t call us until they were there. They led us to believe that the tree and the stump would be removed on the same day — then had their stump grinder out with a different crew that day. They guaranteed that they would be back for the stump one of two days later that week — they didn’t show up either day and never even called to let us know what was going on, and we never had any luck getting them to answer our calls. Then they just showed up one day the next week without ever letting us know they were coming. The only thing they were clear about and on time for was collecting payment. They did an ok job, but not good enough to make it worth the frustration.

Professional Service came to give a quote and remove a tree at the Church. While waiting for the church rep to meet him, noticed smoke coming from the church building and took the time to investigate and put it out (Possibly saving the church and members inside, THANK YOU!). Gave a fair price for removal of the tree considering everyone in the town needed to have trees removed because of the storm. He arrived at the scheduled time and removed the tree on schedule. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use him again.

Had an estimate scheduled at 5:00 pm and they no-show’d. I tried to call the office and they are closed. Very frustrated.

After receiving my free estimate, I was scheduled to have tree service done on ⁸⁄₂₁. The crew showed up early that day which was great — so I thought. The crew chief then told me that they had another job to do first and they would come back around noon. FOUR DAYS LATER, they still have not returned. I spoke with three different individuals who stated they would find out what happened and call me back… They never did. The billing department had the AUDACITY to call asking me how everything went and then asked for payment… REALLY!!! I do NOT recommend this company… AT ALL!
