We are Three R Clean Out & Estate Services, we are a great option for family members, executors and anyone who is downsizing. Our specialty is Estate Liquidation Services although we offer many more services related to property liquidation and Clean out services. Our goal is to relieve your stress and take over the entire liquidation and clean out process so you can relax and get rid of that overwhelming feeling.

All you have to do is remove the items from the house that you wish to keep or put all those items in a specific area, the rest is up to us! Leave everything else just where you found it! Food will be donated to those in need at your local food pantry, clothing that cannot be sold will be donated to the charity of your choosing, trash, chemicals and other remaining items will be disposed of properly and out of the landfills. We will sell everything remaining in the house, it is your choice whether you would like us to perform a tag sale or take everything away from the house and sell it elsewhere. Fees for liquidating contents are based on commission. We will then clean the house out completely of any remaining items, trash, hazmat, etc. The house will then be left broom swept and vacuumed. We also offer house cleaning services, handyman services and lawn care so you can have everything completed by one company and have the property ready to put on the market.
