I have visited this hospital for SEVERAL tests, procedures and two emergancies. The hospital is great but me nor my husband are great fans of their ER. They are nice but not really efficient. I had to visit for a bad migraine. They had to put in an IV to give me fluids. This male nurse came in to give me pain medicine through my IV but failed to warn me that it would be painful. Lets just say I came off the table and ended up in the floor. I was so mad. The nurse then said, «oh yeah, it could sting a little.» My thoughts were «REALLY WTF…» lol
My husband had to visit the ER for kidney stones recently. They just asked him his symptoms, gave him meds and told him to follow up with his doctor. $ 100 for that.
If you need tests run or bloodwork this facility is great. Apparently Wednesdays is BACON day. HAHA
I know this because when my husband was having a procedure done the nurses were all excited that it was Wednesday and they get BACON. lol
So a recap: if your loved one needs to have a procedure done schedule it for Wednesday. Although I visited their cafeteria and I didn’t think their bacon was good at all. I did enjoy plugging in my laptop and hanging out in the seated area of the cafeteria. It was nice and I got to hear all the chit chatter of negativity from the female nurses. I just tuned them out and surfed away on the wonderful world wide net. ;)
