Sisu Salon

It was my first time in Sisu Salon and I was pleased with their service. Staff were friendly and accommodating, nice ambiance, and Samantha did a great job. Love the color that she used. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.

I had a wonderful experience with Cathy! I won a gift certificate to Sisu at a fundraiser, and had not been previously familiar with the salon. The salon is cozy, beautifully decorated, and overall has a warm atmosphere. I told Cathy exactly how I wanted my hair cut and colored, and she couldn’t have done a better job. Overall a great experience, which I am already telling friends about. Can’t wait to go back!

Months later, I continue to receive consistently excellent haircuts from Nasar and I could not be more pleased!
I returned to Sisu for a styling appointment on the day of my recent wedding as well. Amanda did a beautiful job and I would recommend her styling services as well.

Super happy with my stylist (I followed her to Sisu) and the salon. Very warm and friendly inside a small strip that has lots of character. Inside is fairly non-​traditional (at least for a CLE salon) with chairs in front of large mirrors sitting on floor with lots of current magazines. Note the comfy chair for shampoo and rinsing which makes the usual uncomfortable trip to the sink actually relaxing. The best part is the type of color used actually remains in my hair. B/​f Sisu, my color would not cover my temple gray for long — and it’s one of the first noticeable areas. Whatever product used as Sisu finally covers (and does not fade or wash out) which in turn gives me more in between appt. time of almost double (from every 4 to 7ish wks). Cathy is amazing with natural looking color and I would highly recommend you give her a try.

On a vacation to Cleveland from Los Angeles, I was in need of new highlights and touch up color at the roots. I went to see Melanie and she gave me the prettiest highlights that I have ever had. She has an amazing eye. She picked the perfect golden color for me. Then she weaved the highlights in so expertly that nobody has even noticed that I had highlights done at all! This is big for me. Very important. I like that it looks natural.
She also gave me the exact cut that I asked for, and lots of advice on growing longer and stronger hair. There is no way that I am going back to my LA salon… I feel that I will look and feel better if I just wait until my next trip to Cleveland to get my hair done at Sisu.
I like all of the staff that I have met. They all seem to keep up with new styles, and the other customers leave looking good.
