History

Established in 2000.

SEI was founded in 2000 by Mark Bury. After college, Mark began his career working in the road construction business in 1982. He learned the business from working in the field and moved into sales and management in 1984. By 1989, Mark realized that he needed some formal business education to supplement the school of hard knocks. Mark got his MBA in finance and IT in 1991 and began a career at Wells Fargo working in the business banking area and various IT positions culminating his career at Wells as a technology architect.

While Mark is responsible for sales and management, SEI relies on its systems engineers for the bulk of the day to day operations. These engineers are trained and closely managed to insure a quality experience for our clients.
