Ruback & Associates adjusts and settles claims with the insurance company on your behalf. With a thorough understanding of the insurance claim process, Ruback & Associates will do everything in our power to protect your right as a policyholder.

We have the expert knowledge related to loss adjustments. Policyholders (individuals, business owners, and other private entities) acquire our services to assist them in preparing, filing, and negotiating equitable adjustments of insurance claims. We hold a license for each state where we operate and conduct business. Licensing verifies that we have fulfilled all requirements and passed all licensing tests. We are also bonded and insured.

History

Established in 2006.

President, John J. Ruback Jr. was employed by insurance companies for 24 years prior to becoming a Public Adjuster. He is a Public Adjuster assisting the insured for almost 5 years. Mr. Ruback has handled and or supervised over 20,000 claims in his career.

Mr. Ruback is a graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Criminology and a minor in Business Administration. He also is working on his MBA currently. He has attended many seminars in the field and has completed courses in the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, (CPCU).

Mr. Ruback has held a range of positions within the insurance industry including: Claims Branch Manager, General Adjuster and Home Office Claims Auditor. Mr. Ruback has been handling property claims for 29 Years. The experienced gained by being trained by the Insurance Industry is useful in protecting the rights of the clients that the firm serves.

Our team regularly attends professional training to remain current with industry trends. Extensive experience and training is necessary to adjust losses on the client’s behalf and in their best interest. Having this experience on your side will ensure your claim is handled fairly and quickly.
