Ripoff and lack of honesty. I went to Gary several times over the course of 18 months. Not knowing too much about cars, things seemed normal until one morning I brought my car in because both headlights were out. Turns out, all I needed was new bulbs — he charged me FIFTY bucks, $ 50. I’ve changed my own lights before and 2 bulbs would have cost me $ 5.00 at Autozone but I was in a rush, had Gary change them and was shocked by his price. Other car guys have more fairly overcharged or encouraged me to change my own. I WON’T BE BACK, very disappointed. Funny that I had referred my friend there the same week, and then warned her not to go!
