I recently hosted my child’s birthday party here and was extremely disappointed in the experience. Unlike previous reviews stated you only get 35 minutes in each inflatable room and 50 minutes in the party room for a 2 hour party. They start your timer the minute the safety video starts so your actual time in the first inflatable room is closer to 25 minutes. Nowhere on the website does it brake down the times allotted to each room. You are provided 2 hosts to assist with the party. One of our hosts was good but the other seemed pretty annoyed with her job. Once we entered the party room she asked what time the guests parents were coming to pick them up. The rest of the time she spent sitting at the table yawning. The other host did attempt to engage the kids in simple games but 50 minutes is a long time to engage kids. I called and spoke with the owner about my concerns and he seemed uninterested. Said they did a «fine» job. I expect more for that price.

I wish I liked this place more than I did, or than my son did. I think the inflatables are meant more for older kids. My son, who typically loves inflatables, preferred running around the space to bouncing. We were there for the toddler time, so thankfully there weren’t any big kids he had to compete with, but I still don’t think we’ll head back for a while.

We like this place for parties and open play. If it were closer to south OP, we’ve visit more often. It’s very inexpensive and a blast for active kids. I love that the adults can play as well!

What do you do when your kid has a winter birthday? Find the right indoor party space. Pump it Up is a nationwide chain that has inflatable parties down to a science. The staff are young but friendly. The inflatables are huge and can support 800lb at a time, meaning you can do adult parties here too. There are several party packages to choose from and you can get several add-on’s for an extra charge. There are 2 different inflatable rooms and 2 party rooms(a smaller room with a long table and the throne at the end for the birthday kid). They assist with the presents and serving which is nice. You spend 45min in each room and 30min in the party room for a 2 hr party. They also have a 90min version. I’ve been to 3 different inflatable party venues recently and I would probably rank this one the best. The inflatables are much bigger and they have a black light room that is super cool with glow sticks, but light enough you can see to get around(I think it’s extra to get the black lights vs regular lights). I couldn’t believe how huge the slide was! They stagger the parties through. While we were there they had a party going in each inflatable room and one in the cake/present room, which allowed them to get the other eating room ready/decorated for the next party. Pricewise– its about what you would spend elsewhere. They also have open play times during the day and on school holidays where you can come in and kids can jump for $ 6(parents are free and required to stay) and family fun nights on monday for $ 8 per child. I can see kids from 5+ enjoying a party here. Younger than that and they might be afraid because that slide was fast! But I can even see teens having a good party here, unlike at some of the other inflatable party places.
