This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. The workers are anything but friendly, it takes forever to get my food, and their customer service sucks. One time I drove up shortly before breakfast ended, but because they’re so slow, they didn’t take my order until exactly 10:30 and refused to give me breakfast even though their lunch menu wasn’t even up yet. Besides that, all the other Chick-fil-a locations I’ve been to will offer anything on the menu at any time of day, they just warn you that it’ll take longer. So I had to order something because they have one of those drive thrus that you can’t get out of.

I’ve been a fan of Chickfila for years, and was ecstatic when I heard one was coming to Shawnee. From day 1, this Chickfila has met and exceeded my expectations of quality food and service from a fast food restaurant. The staff and management here really go above and beyond to make sure that every dining experience is a positive one. I am a huge fan of the chicken sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, waffle fries, sweet tea, frosted lemonade, and their peach milkshakes! An excellent alternative to Sonic/McDonalds/Taco Bell/KFC, Chickfila is worth it every time.

After receiving bone-cold food, the manager called me and said, «Our food isn’t cold here; we actually have the opposite problem!» Nice job sir!
