We love coming here. You just can’t beat their Frito Chili pies and Kraut dogs. the environment is spunky with miss matched chairs and tables and bright colors. the staff are fantastic and very friendly. if you like fresh made chili and hot dogs this is a place you gotta try!

Such nice people and the frito chili pie was delicious! Coneys for $ 1, and they have a student special that is cheap and includes chips and a drink. Clean place, clean restrooms. Fun little stop when we drove in to look at antiques on our way to Oklahoma City.

Wonderful staff! It was almost closing time and the staff didn’t rush us out and served us kindly. The cookies are yummy and the dogs are prepared quickly with your choice of toppings. It’s simple, tasty, clean, and I recommend eating here.

I’m a student at OBU here in Shawnee, and Coney Island is one of the best restaurants to get your money’s worth. They have a student special everyday, which consists of 2 hot dogs (chili cheese and anything else you would like), a bag of chips, cookie, and a drink. How much does all this cost? 5 dollars!
The coneys are quite delicious, and the chili is excellent. It’s also a very family friendly atmosphere in the middle of downtown Shawnee. The owner is always behind the counter and is extremely friendly. I recommend Coney Island to anyone looking for a good hot dog and to get the best bang for their buck.

Everyone is welcomed like old friends! There’s nobody friendlier than Dell Kerbs. It’s nice eating somewhere truly local and running into friends! The dogs are so flavorful. The wife LOVES the chili, cheese and onions on spaghetti for a «3-​way.» Open for lunch in historic downtown Shawnee!
