Scheduled an appointment with these folks to get a quick estimate and some work done if the price was right. Talked to the same lady twice and appointment was confirmed. Appointment day comes, they’re supposed to show between 2pm and 5pm… and nobody shows. Gave it all day. Called back in, and they have no record of my appointment. Lady that answered said she would get my info to their estimator who would call me within minutes… NO CALL. She also didn’t apologize… GREAT service… what a bunch of clowns.
I saw some of the other reviews for Reddi, and actually had a recommendation for them… now I’ll join the people saying STAY AWAY. So many good plumbers in town… these fools don’t deserve your time or money.

I was happy to see the truck pull in the driveway right on time. Our serviceman was Justin Dougan, who was considerate of our property cleanliness by using a tarp while working. He was here an hour and found the problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. The price was exactly what was quoted me by Phil back at the office and he even offered us a coupon discount without asking. Thank you for your super service, everyone!

Horrible service and refuse to refund any costs. Had Reddi services come out to install three faucets. No plumbing issues until they were at my home. Two of the three faucets now leak and are causing damage to our bathroom cabinets. Now we can no longer use both sinks in the master bathroom going on seven days. While here they actually broke the water shut off valve on two sinks and that cost me an additional 200.00 to repair their damage created. The faucets purchased are mohen and now they tell me obviously my faucets must be defective since they can’t fix the leaking. The second plumber actually made the leak worse and now the faucets continuously leak not just when water is running. They are telling me now that I will have to pay additional costs to fix their inept service. Hiring another company out of pocket to fix my leaking faucets is my only option to save our bathroom from permanent damage due to their poor workmanship. These are going on the world’s most expensive faucets list as we have given Reddi services nearly $ 500 already.

Excellent experience when I needed help with a water heater replacement. Called several companies and made a decision not only based on price but the professionalism of the team. Everyone from the initial person I reached to dispatch all the way to the installation techs were more than professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. In a world that I more often than not have to track down information Reddi Services restored my confidence that some businesses still understand how to treat customers.

Have had them come over before with no issues. This time my main drain was backed up. The tech removed the clog but when he left he pipe was broken (wasn’t prior to his visit).
It took a few days and a few phone calls for anyone to call us back about the issue. We were told that we would have to pay for parts and they wouldn’t charge us labor and they would fix it. WHAT??? Your guy broke it and you want us to pay for parts! We priced the parts on our own and he is asking double what we can buy them for at Lowes.
Run away from them as fast as you can!

I called them out to auger my drain and David came out… 30 mins later he left and NOTHING was fixed. Seriously? $ 100 and you can’t even do your job? We ended up renting the equipment and my husband did it himself, successfully. Why charge me if you CAN’T help? Why not just say you can’t do it. RIP OFF!
Add to that the fact that they don’t make appointments, they just told us they’d call us the next day… Never again. Never again. I’ll just stick with Roto Rooter, they cost more, but they don’t make us BS and they are professional about appts.

This national franchise needs to work on their communication break downs.
We were trying to buy a house and wanted our sewer line scoped. I scheduled a time for 8−11am, as the home is still occupied. 10:30 came along and still no sign of them, not even a call. Once it got past 11 I called and cancelled… no apology either.
Fast foward a few weeks, our original house deal fell apart so we found another house. I called these guys and scheduled from 8−11am again (it couldn’t happen twice right??) So at 8am I call to make sure we are all set. «Yes sir, I will have someone call you back to confirm.» I wait an hour and call again. «Yes sir, I will have someone call you back to confirm.» I wait till 10 and call again. «Yes sir, I will have someone call you back to confirm.» At 10:30 I call back and get transferred to some «manager». No matter what I asked her she just kept repeating, «He will call you when he is available. He will call you when he is available.» Soo frustrating.
I finally got my first call back of the day at 2:45pm! «Hello sir are you ready for me to stop by now.» Oh, and again no apologies from any employee.
Maybe they do good work… if they ever show up.
I then called Morgan Miller plumbing the next day. They came right on time, were very helpful, cost less, and sent me a handwritten thank you card in the mail!

We have been using Reddi Svcs for a few years now and Brandon Robinson is one of the most knowledgeable & courteous representative we have dealt with. Always coming with a friendly face and happy disposition. For as long as Reddi has people like Brandon, we will be with them as long as we are here at The Wooden Spoon.

Adam Keller is the most knowledgeable HVAC guy ever. Shows up on time and really knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs. He and his helper Mike Kunz were very polite and very conscientious about their work for us.

Back when I lived in Kansas, we had a sink stop up in our apartment. I called and Jason Meyer came out. Jason is a consummate professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Within minutes, he had the sink unclogged and our lives back to normal. If I still lived in Kansas and needed a plumber, he would be the first person I’d call. If you need a plumber and live in the KC area, do yourself a favor and call these folks.

I don’t normally leave reviews here, especially on plumbing services. But was compelled to do so after the tech David Nichols paid me the visit to get my old corroded pipes a once over. Not only is he extremely thorough but very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what might be the obvious problem and playing the process of elimination game. Never tried to up sell me on anything, just a really honest transaction and great job. Oh and he did spend the better part of the day there, but given the amount of work he needed to do– I couldn’t possibly be more pleased.

Hired company to service air conditioner that was not cooling adequately and to install a safety valve on boiler (suggested by the gas company) for a newly purchased house. Technician was at the home for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. He cleaned the coil on the air conditioner and put in ½ pound of Freon. He looked at the boiler and assessed that it did need a safety valve and also reported to us the bell valve needed replaced because he found that it was leaking. He did not have either of these parts on his truck and quoted us $ 600 to come back and install both. My partner declined believing this sounded excessive. When service was completed, he charged us $ 457, which was required immediately. My partner gave him a check for the payment. When my partner called with concern about the excessive amount of this bill, I called the company immediately to inquire about the break-​down of this charge (itemized, which we did not get). I spoke with a manager named Gene and he told me he would check with the technician and call me back on the following Monday (I was calling on a Friday). I did not receive a return call and therefore cancelled the check. I did not receive a return phone call for 11 days. At that time, he was only willing to read me the written narrative from the technician that I already had as it was given to us at the time of the visit. I again asked for the amount to be itemized. He said he would have to call me back. He called 3 days later. By this time, he had learned that I cancelled the check. He scolded me for doing this without attempting to work with him. I had to remind him that I called the day of the service and that it took him 11 days to return my call. He explained that he had spoken with his general manager and they had agreed to take off $ 100. He further told me I had 2 choices: 1-​to pay the reduced amount OR 2-​be turned over to collections. I again simply asked him for the 3^rd time, that I needed to understand the charge and wanted it itemized. He told me he would send it to me in the mail. I received the revised bill within a week, but still no itemization. It simply had the written narrative from the technician that again, I already had. At this point, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. Responses from the company were slow and the first one included further scolding that explained that I should not have accepted the service if I did not like the quote I received prior to the service. I had to explain that there was no quote. I finally received an itemization of the charges. It included $ 120 for the ½ pound of Freon. Upon research, I learned that retail for a ½ pound of Freon is about $ 15. Upon the 3^rd correspondence through the BBB with the company, I finally received an apology for the unprofessional behavior I had received from the company. We were able to settle on an amount to my satisfaction and the case was finally closed. I then hired another company to follow up with the boiler and have the safety valve installed and the replacement of the bell valve that was suggested by Reddi Services. I learned that the boiler already has a newer safety valve that was working fine. I further learned that the bell valve was legitimately leaking because the system had way too much water in it. Apparently, it is the function of the bell valve to release water in this case. This new technician drained water from the system and everything is working properly. My partner who was there the day the technician from Reddi Services visited later told me that the Reddi Services technician ran water in the system.
